It was indeed a great experience to have Shimla-Kullu-Manali Tour with you. A well planned arrangements you have made for us right from Chandigarh to Chandigarh (Nine days). The Vehicle arrangement, Hotel arrangement at Chandigarh, Shimla and Manali. Staying experience in Manali Cottages was really beyond imagination.

Good morning,
As informed by the customer Moiz Asarwala. The entire experience was good. Hotels were nice and clean only the services in Sun Star were not upto the mark rest was all was appreciated.

Dear Sir,
I spoke to Pax around 4-5 days back. As he is very happy with the Marc Royale Chandigarh but not with Hotel Jessica. Pax informed us he had called several times at the hotel reception for Water. He advised us not to suggest this hotel to anybody. Rest the things were quiet Ok. Again food was not upto the quality. Service factor was missing at Hotel Jessica.

Dear Rohit / Kalpesh
As for as Himachal rates and services are concern we trust on your services, hotel rates and your strong relation with hotel people. This season we promote himachal a lot and our client is also satisfied except one or two cases where the problem comes related to Car.
Suggestion : If you come up with any FAM TOUR then it is really helpful for Travel Agents to see the hotel property and promote accordingly to clients need and requirements.
